Shipping Policy

We ship USPS 2-3 day shipping.  There are some products that must be shipped ground, such items are shipped USPS ground (5-7 days).  We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders $49.99 & Up

 

Orders placed within our physical store's hours (Tues-Sat 10:30am - 5pm) are shipped same day. Orders made outside of store hours are shipped the next business day.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of products we sell, we do not accept returns/exchanges.  However, while we hope this never happens, if you have received a damaged product or an incorrect product, we will exchange that product for you! 

 

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, please contact us via phone (727-498-6590), email or FaceBook to notify us of the issue. We will get details on the product that needs to be exchanged and we ask that you send us the incorrect/damaged product in return.
